I want to downgrade my Fiber plan.

To request for downgrade, send us a message through PLDT Cares Messenger or @PLDT_Cares on Twitter. You will be required to submit 1 government-issued valid ID if you are the customer on record, or letter of authorization and 1 valid ID each of both parties if thru representative.

Is there a fee for downgrade of plan?

For customers outside their lock in periods, downgrade to a different Fiber plan is free.

For customers within their lock in periods, a pre-termination fee of 3x your monthly service fee and a downgrade fee of P500 will need to be paid. (ex.: P1,699 x 3 = P5,097 + P500 = Total fees of P5,597)

If you are downgrading your existing Cignal plan, you will need to pay a one time fee of P1,500 or P500/month for 3 months.

How long is the processing time for downgrade?

Your downgrade request will be processed within 24 - 48 hours upon service order issuance

Will my existing lock in period continue after the downgrade?

No. Your lock-in period will be refreshed to 24 months after the completion of your downgrade request.
