A membership rewards program exclusive to active PLDT Home customers, PLDT Home Rewards lets you get discounts, receive surprise perks, and earn “crystals” that can be used for bill rebates, discounts to PLDT products and services, deals from partner merchants, and raffle entries!

All Customers with an active PLDT Home account may enroll to the rewards program via MVP Rewards Website. Existing PLDT Rewards members may need not re-enroll.

Upon signing-up, your membership to the program is valid until you are an active PLDT Home subscriber. Your points or crystals earned this current calendar year will expire April 1 of the following year or upon permanent disconnection of the service.

To register:

• You may register to PLDT Home Rewards by following this steps:
  1. Visit PLDT Home Rewards page https://pldthome.com/rewards
  2. Click the “Sign Up Now” button
  3. Fill out the mandatory fields once you are redirected to PLDT Home Rewards sign-up page.
     • Mobile Number
     • Last Name
     • First Name, Middle Name
     • Password
  4. Click “REGISTER”
  5. Tick “ACCEPT” button in agreement section.
  6. Enter One-time PIN (OTP) that you will receive on your registered mobile number and click “CONTINUE”.
  7. Input your account number and Telephone Number
• Members may enroll a maximum of 5 PLDT accounts.
• Home Biz and Corporate accounts are not eligible for enrollment at the moment.
• Members enrolling an account not under their name are required to submit a letter of authorization and valid government identification of the customer-on-record for review and validation before account enrollment is deemed successful.
• Only successfully enrolled accounts are qualified for Crystals and rewards, to be awarded for defined transactions, services, and products that are availed of or used.

Your CRYSTALS will serve as your currency or points that you can exchange for amazing treats from PLDT and its partners. There are multiple ways to earn your Crystals:

A. Enrollment of PLDT Home Account

• Get 20 Crystals for every PLDT Home account enrolled.
• Enroll a maximum of 5 PLDT Home accounts.
• An account may be enrolled by one member only.

How to enroll additional PLDT Home accounts:

1. Sign in to PLDT Home Rewards.
2. Click Add Account in your PLDT Home Rewards dashboard
3. Input the required details to enroll additional PLDT Home Account:
1. Account Type
2. Account Number
3. Landline Number
4. Click Submit
5. Members enrolling an account not under their name are required to submit a letter of authorization and valid government identification of the customer-on-record for review and validation before account enrollment is deemed successful.
6. Points will be credited within 24 hours from account enrollment.

B. Paying your Bills On Time and In Full

• Get 1 Crystal for every Php 50 of your PLDT bill paid on time and in full beginning June 1, 2022

How it works:

1. Settle the total amount due of your PLDT Home account enrolled in PLDT Home Rewards in full on or before your bill due date to earn On Time & In Full Payment Crystals. Only posted payments on or before the bill due date will be qualified for the Crystals.
2. The enrolled PLDT Home account(s) should be active, and should have no balance from previous bill or an existing bill dispute.
3. Crystals for payments made between the 1st to the 13th day of the month will be credited on the 22nd day of the same month. Crystals for payment made between the 14th to the 31st day of the month will be credited every 7th day of the following month.

C.Achieving Quarterly Payment Streaks

• Get 50 additional Crystals for three consecutive on time and in full monthly payments made for a full quarter beginning June 1, 2022

How it works:

1. Earn on time and in full payment Crystals for three (3) consecutive months within a defined quarterly streak period to earn Quarterly Payment Streak Crystals.
2. The enrolled PLDT Home account(s) should be active, and should have no balance from previous bill or an existing bill dispute.
3. Crystals for qualified customers will be credited on the 2nd week of the month following the end of the defined quarterly streak period

D. Paying via Digital Channels

• Get 5 Crystals for every payment made via preferred digital payment channels beginning August 1, 2021.
• Get additional 5 Crystals for every payments paid via Maya. This is on top of the regular Digital Payment crystals.

How it works:

1. Settle the total amount due of the PLDT Home account enrolled in PLDT Home Rewards in full on or before the bill due date through these preferred digital channels to earn Digital Payment Crystals:
• Electronic Wallets like Maya, Lazada, Shopee, Grab and Gcash
• Auto Charge Arrangement through the following bank credit cards: BDO, EastWest Bank, Equicom, HSBC, Metrobank, RCBC, Security Bank, or Union Bank
• Internet/Online Payment
• ATM/Mobile/Phone Banking Payments
• PayExpress Debit and Credit via myHome
2. The enrolled PLDT Home account(s) should be active, and should have no balance from previous bill or an existing bill dispute.
3. Crediting of Crystals will be 7-10 days from date of Digital Payment.

E.Achieving Quarterly Digital Payment Streaks

• Get 20 additional Crystals for three consecutive on time and in full monthly payments made via preferred digital payment channels for a full quarter beginning July 1, 2022

How it works:

1. Earn Digital Payment Crystals for three (3) consecutive months within a defined quarterly streak period to earn Quarterly Digital Payment Streak Crystals.
2. The enrolled PLDT Home account(s) should be active, and should have no balance from previous bill or an existing bill dispute.
3. Crystals for qualified customers will be credited on the 2nd week of the month following the end of the defined quarterly streak period

F. Enrolling to PLDT’s Go Green Program (paperless billing)

• Get 20 Crystals for every account you enroll to paperless billing.

How it works

1. Enroll the PLDT Home account(s) linked to PLDT Home Rewards to paperless billing. Each successful enrollment (up to a maximum of five accounts) gives you one-time Go Green Crystals.
• To enroll to paperless billing, create a myHome account at https://my.pldthome.com and follow the enrollment instructions.
2. Crediting of Crystals will be 7-10 days from date of Go Green enrollment.
3. PLDT Home accounts enrolled to Go Green prior to membership to the PLDT Home Rewards program are not entitled to receive Go Green Crystals.

G. Enrolling your bill to Auto-Charge Payments

• Get 20 Crystals for every account successfully enrolled to auto-charge payments (up to a maximum of 5 accounts).

How it works

1. Enroll the PLDT Home account(s) linked to PLDT Home Rewards to auto-charge payments with any of our partner banks to earn one-time Auto Charge Enrollment Crystals:
• BDO
• Metrobank
• Eastwest Bank
• Security Bank
• Union Bank of the Philippines
• HSBC
• RCBC
• Equicomm
2. Crystals awarding for auto-charge enrollment will be upon first successful payment posting via auto charge payment arrangement.
3. Crediting of Crystals will be 7-10 days from date of first payment posting via auto-charge
4. PLDT Home accounts enrolled to auto-charge payments prior to membership to the PLDT Home Rewards program are not entitled to Auto-Charge Enrollment Crystals.

H. Upgrading your Plan or Migrating to Fiber

• Get 50 Crystals for every upgrade to a higher plan OR
• Get 50 Crystals one-time for migrating to Fiber (applies to existing ADSL/VDSL/VVDSL subscribers moving to FTTH only).

How it works:

1. Upgrade your Plan to earn Upgrade Crystal; or Upgrade the network of the PLDT Home account enrolled to PLDT Home Rewards from ADSL/VDSL/VVDSL to Fiber to earn one-time migration Crystals.
   • To get an upgrade or migrate your existing ADSL/VDSL/VVDSL service to Fiber, visit the PLDT Home website (https://pldthome.com/) or any of our PLDT sales and service centers. You may also call 170 or 171, or wait for a call from our authorized telesales agents.
2. Crediting of Crystals will be 7-10 days from the effectivity of the Plan upgrade or migration.
3. Customers can earn Crystals for every plan upgrade.

Migration Crystals are awarded one-time only.

I. Subscribing to Add-on Services

• Get 20 Crystals for every add-on service you add to your existing plan.
• Qualified add-on services for this reward are Cignal, Famcam, Wifi Mesh, and content add-ons such as HBO Go, Viu, NBA League Pass.

How it works:

1. Purchase any of the identified add-on services for the PLDT Home account enrolled to PLDT Home Rewards to earn VAS Crystals.
   • To purchase add-on services like Cignal, Famcam, Wifi Mesh, and content add-ons visit the PLDT Home website (https://pldthome.com/) or any of our PLDT sales and service centers. You may also call 170 or 171, or wait for a call from our authorized telesales agents.
2. Crediting of Crystals will be 7-10 days from the date of Add-on service upon service delivery.
3. Customers can earn 20 Crystals for the following transactions:
   • for every device add-on they purchase (Cignal, FamCam and Wifi Mesh);
   • for the first P400 spend accumulated for each content add-on in a calendar year (i.e., HBOGo, Viu, and NBA League Pass)

J. Bonus Crystals

Plus, watch-out for Bonus Crystal Giveaways throughout the year!

Crediting of bonus crystals will not be real-time. Depending on the nature of the Crystal giveaway, crediting may take between one to two weeks

PLDT Home partnered with MVP Rewards to make the redemption of your Crystals easy! Members can log in via https://mvprewards.ph/loginpldt to view their total Crystals earned and redeem rewards through our marketplace of discounts and treats.

The PLDT Home Rewards Marketplace features bill rebates for PLDT, Smart, Cignal and Maynilad bills and discount vouchers for dining and retail partners like Shopee, GrabFood, The SM Store, and over 40 partner brands!

To redeem reward items:

1. Log in to PLDT Home Rewards at https://mvprewards.ph/loginpldt.
2. Click “MARKETPLACE”  under your Crystals Balance.
3. Members choose from the list of reward items under PLDT Home and click REDEEM.
4. Members must have sufficient Crystals balance to cover the cost of the item being redeemed.
5. Confirmation of rewards item redemption is reflected in the transaction history.

PLDT reserves the right to modify or amend the program, or any part of it, where appropriate, without prior notice. Benefits may be revoked at any given time if a member is found to be abusing the program.
