**Only the first 12 months of your subscription will have a speed boost. On your 13 month, your speed will revert to its original speed.

Who can apply for the Switch Promo?

The promo is open to:

Totally new PLDT Home Fiber subscribers who are switching from a competitor Postpaid Fixed Wired or Postpaid Fixed Wireless broadband services.
Existing PLDT Landline only subscribers with a subscription to competitor Postpaid Fixed Wired or Postpaid Fixed Wireless broadband services.

How can I qualify for the promo?

Simple! All you need to do is complete the following requirements upon application:

Valid ID
Customer Application Form
Agree to the Switch Promo terms and conditions
Attach a scanned copy of your competitor bill or two (2) latest Official Receipts

**Please take note that the name and address reflected on the non-PLDT bill must be the same name and address to be used for the subscriber’s PLDT account.

Is there anything we need to pay for?

Be careful not to miss any bill payments within the first 3 months! Any late payments within 3 months of your promo period will automatically forfeit your switcher perks. Consequently, the speed of your plan shall revert to the original speed. Just ensure on-time bill payments and you can enjoy your speed boost without interruption.

What is Unli Fam Call (UFC)?

The Unli Fam Call service allows subscribers to enjoy unlimited calls from your landline to five (5) nominated Smart/Sun/TNT numbers.

Can I change my nominated numbers?

Yes. Changing of nominated Smart/Sun/TNT numbers will only be allowed 30 days after the date of nomination.

How can I add or change my nominated number?

You may change your nominated number through your myHome account. Just follow these steps:

Log-in to my.pldthome.com
Select your PLDT account
Click Packages and Subscriptions
Look for Unli FamCall then click Go
Select Add New Number to nominate a new number or Change if you want to change your nominated number
Click Save
A confirmation pop up window will appear. Just click Save and you’re done!

Will I be charged if the number I enrolled moved to another network?

If the registered number moved to a non-Smart/Sun/TNT network, yes. Standard charges will apply. (Php 14/minute)
