myPLDT Smart app is an all in one mobile app for PLDT and Smart customers. This app will let you manage your PLDT, Smart, Sun and TNT accounts easily using just one username and password.

myPLDT Smart app is available to download in Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS devices.

With myPLDT Smart app, you get to enjoy the following services:

• Manage multiple accounts
• View your balance in real-time
• View/get a copy of your bill in the last 12 months
• Pay your bills online
• File a help ticket to report your billing and repair issues and concerns
• Request for aftersales services for your account

You may follow these steps to register and link your account to the myPLDT Smart app:

• Tap Register
• Enter your email address or mobile number
• Select PLDT to link your account
• For Landline with Fibr/DSL accounts, enter your account number
• Wait for the One-Time PIN which will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number
• Type in the verification code and you’re done!

Yes, you may use your myHome web username and password to access your accounts via the myPLDT Smart app.

Follow these steps to reset your password:

• Enter your registered email address or mobile number
• Click Forgot Password
• Enter your new password and confirm
• The app will send a One-Time PIN to your registered email address or mobile number
• Type in the verification code and you’re done!
