Lionsgate Play Raffle Promo Mechanics

Promo Duration

1. PROMO PERIOD is from September 1 to December 31, 2022
2. All PLDT Home subscribers who received their Lionsgate Play complimentary voucher are eligible to join.

How to earn a Raffle Entry

1. All subscribers who activated their Lionsgate Play voucher on the Lionsgate Play website/app within the promo period are automatically included in the raffle draw.
2. Subscribers with activated vouchers within the promo period are eligible to get a maximum of 4 raffle entries depending on the activation date.
   1. If subscriber activates their voucher in September, they will be included in all the 4 draws (September – December).
   2. If subscriber activates their voucher in October, they will be included in the draw for the October, November, and December rounds.
   3. If subscriber activates their voucher in November, they will be included in the draw for the November and December rounds.
   4. If subscriber activates their voucher in December, they will be included in the draw for the December round.
3. There will be specific number of winners for every month from September 2022 until December 2022:
   1. 30 winners from voucher activations completed from September 1 – 30, 2022
   2. 5 winners from voucher activations completed from September 1 – October 31, 2022
   3. 3 winners from voucher activations completed from September 1 – November 30, 2022
   4. 1 winner from voucher activations completed from September 1 – December 31, 2022
4. A subscriber is only allowed to win once for the entire raffle promo.
   1. If a subscriber wins in a round, they will be removed from the raffle entries in the following rounds/months.

1. Electronic raffle draw will be conducted by PLDT and held virtually with the presence of a DTI representative.

Announcement of Winners

1. Winners will be published on PLDT Home’s Lionsgate Play promo website

Notifications of Winners and Awarding of Prizes

1. An email, SMS, and mail will be sent, and a callout will be done to notify the winners.
2. From receipt of notification, winners may claim the prize within 60 days:
   1. If subscriber resides in NCR, winner may claim the prize in PLDT Home’s main office located in Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City.
   2. If subscriber resides outside of Metro Manila, winner may claim the prize in the nearest PLDT Home retail store in their region.
      1. A second callout and SMS will be sent to the winner once the prize is ready to be claimed in the retail store.
3. Winner must present one (1) valid ID, mail, and any of the other notifications (email or SMS) to claim the prize.
4. If winner is unable to personally claim the prize, the representative must present an authorization letter, one (1) valid ID of the winner, and one (1) valid ID of the representative.
